Yesterday I decided to make a twitter, it seems like a good place to post numerous WIP artworks and traditional art sketches. Completed works will be posted still be posted here, but you can see them there as well.

Haven't been active in a while again, things such as IRL stuff have gotten in the way, the most serious one was having to change courses in College which while took a semester to do, at least it worked and now I'm in something that I enjoy (Design, which is awesome)
Hopefully you'll enjoy the content that will also be posted there, it will be more active for one thing since again WIPs will be posted there and sketches and such, see you there

Now that Alex's sprite has finally been posted, there won't be any SFV sprites until the next DLC character is revealed/released. With this in mind, there's no better timing to post this journal other than now as I will not be as weekly active as before with sprite posts.
My main priorities from now on will be traditional and digital art, I've been practicing hand-drawn sketches for a couple of years and thankfully have improved over time. Digital art is something that I've desired to do for over 3 years... and over time I've come up with ideas for artworks/fanarts that I want to make and wrote them down so I could not forget about them.
That's not to say however that I won't post sprites other than SFV's upcoming characters, the SF3 Juri sprites for Mugen will be posted whenever I get more animations done (as of now 3 have been completed and 3 of them are halfway finished), and there's the newcomers to the Guilty Gear Xrd update as well. Outside of these though, the closest to sprites it can get would be pixel art which is also something I'd like to do in the future.
I hope you all enjoyed the sprites that I've been able to bring for over 5 months, hopefully you'll feel the same about traditional/digital art that I'll bring along some time. Can't tell for sure when I'll post these, but chances are that when a good amount of line drawings get done, I'll submit them to a new gallery folder.

For the last couple months, I've been posting Guilty Gear Xrd sprites every week on sunday, artworks which I completed a year ago and only started posting them recently because I wanted to keep a more consistent schedule (which so far has worked tremendously since back then I'd just disappear every once in a while 
). I've posted a lot of them, and as of now I only have one last sprite to complete the current GGXrd roster, this last one would be Jack-O.
Unfortunately though, due to some IRL related things earlier this week which kept me busy, I won't be able to post her sprite on this sunday. The truth is that, my Jam Kuradoberi sprite was completed roughly a day before I submitted it and I only started working on Jack-O's sprite this week, she's far from being completed so today I've decided that I'll post her sprite on another other day, as I feel that completing it in just 3 days will affect the quality of the sprite.
The reason why their sprites were/are being done so late is because these characters were only announced fairly recently, but it's also because my main focus this year was making sprites of the characters getting revealed for Street Fighter V, which so far I have completed quite a good amount to keep me active for at least 2 more months.
To keep myself from not posting anything, this sunday I'll submit my first Street Fighter V sprite, so at the very least Jack-O's sprite will be posted on December 27 and from there on it will be all SFV sprites. Hope you all enjoyed my GGXrd sprites and will like my SFV works as well!

Lately I've been thinking that it's been pretty long since the last character sprite I uploaded was way back in october 2013... 2 years, time flies huh?
The biggest reason for this break was to focus more on real drawings rather than just being a pixel artist as I have a passion for drawing things, and also to have a more consistent schedule to post artworks without taking long breaks and randomly just post an artwork whenever possible.
But no worries, I'll begin to post my sprites very soon, I'll start with the Guilty Gear Xrd sprites, and after that I'll jump to the Street Fighter V sprites (because the GGXrd sprites were completed first, and SFV is still months away from release).
I'll post one sprite on a weekly bases (sunday, to be more especific), and from time to time I'll maybe post some extra things not entirely related to these character sprites.

Making Street Fighter 5 sprites

Street Fighter 5 was announced back in late 2014! The game has been getting quite some attention ever since.
I've been wanting to make sprites of the characters that will be revealed until the game's release, mainly the newcomers, and returning characters with different designs (Ken). Because my fanarts have mostly been Marvel vs Capcom sprites (CPS2 style), I thought it was a better idea to make these SFV characters in SF3 style, to give more variety to my pixel art gallery.
After the game gets released and I complete the game's roster, I'm not sure if I'll keep making more sprites as often. But that's not all since I still have to post my Guilty Gear Xrd sprites as well. And like the GGXrd roster, I'm not sure when I'll post the SFV sprites but they will see the light of the day, eventually.
